Every two weeks, our shop opens. Browse and order fresh produce. Pay at checkout. -

We Send It to Our Producers
When the window closes, all orders are consolidated and sent to our producers. -

Your produce is hand-picked and packed to order — not pulled from a warehouse. -

Cold-chain transport from producers through to our UK hub, and to your address quickly. -

Frequently asked questions
How does the ordering cycle work?
We operate on a 2-week cycle. When the order window is open, you browse and order as normal. When it closes, all orders are sent to Sicily, picked fresh, and shipped together. You'll receive your delivery 5–7 days after the window closes
When will I receive my order?
Typically 5–7 days after the order window closes. You'll get email updates at each stage and a DPD tracking link when it's out for delivery.
How fresh is the produce?
Your fruit and vegetables are picked after you order — not before. From tree to your table in under 7 days.
What if something arrives damaged?
Get in touch at hello@freshsecrets.co.uk with a photo and we'll sort it out straight away — replacement or refund, your choice.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not yet — UK only for now. We're working on it!
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order any time while the order window is still open. Once it closes, orders are locked in and sent to our suppliers.
